Arc by Piero Lissoni has been designed to the highest international quality in order to set new standards in architectural excellence for multi-residence buildings in the region. The 17-unit structure is envisioned to be a true icon in South Bank’s most prominent location and to further elevate the residential resort and marina community.

In order to fulfil these goals in our boutique island destination we have sought a partnership with a General Contractor with the appropriate experience in technical know-how, build quality and organisational skill. For a build of this magnitude - on a constrained site within an operating resort - we have selected one of the most seasoned and experienced contracting firms in the region.
