Santa Clara Legend

Originally built as a convent for the Clarisse nuns in 1621 and designed and restored by Arias Serna Saravia in 1991, the Hotel Santa Clara is a unique and unrepeatable project that has definitely contributed to consolidating the city of Cartagena as a high-level international tourist destination. Considered the most exclusive hotel in Colombia, it is also an architectural jewel from the 17th century and a Cultural Heritage of the Nation.
